2. Exclusions: Please note that the warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, theft, loss caused by pets, or similar incidents.

- Purchase Date--
- Order ID--

Our Process:

Upon receiving your claim, we will provide you with the address of the nearest authorized service center where you can send your hearing aids for repair (ONLY UNDER WARRANTY).
