You have 3 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  Hearing aids are customized devices which needs programming before use. Once programming is done, hearing aids cannot be used by other person. So, it is a non-returnable item once you open the sealed pack.

Like any other medical devices, hearing aids too are non-returnable. But under few circumstances, it can be returned. It can be returned only in case of manufacturing defect or if it is not getting switch ON. But it needs to be informed within 3 days of receiving the product. Once we receive the hearing aids back in our office, and provided that the hearing aid(s) are still in good condition, a member of the team will contact you in regards to the status.   Before returning, please consult our troubleshooting guide first and/or do the following checks:  
Clean the tubes, end pieces and ducts Insert new batteries Make sure the device is switched on and is not set to the Telecoil function If you have done all of the above checks and are still experiencing trouble with them, please contact us on whatsapp +91 93541 04714 and we’ll do our best to help you benefit from the devices, as well as provide you with a Service Request Number in the case that you do need to send them back.

Refunds   Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.   If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).   You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer`s policies.   

   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.   If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.   To return your hearing aids, please follow the steps below: Put the hearing aids (inside of their clamshell case) in a well padded package. Ideally, use bubble wrap or any other material to protect the hearing aids from damage. Seal and insure the package from the shipping company. Mail the package and get a tracking number and/or have signature confirmation to ensure it gets delivered to us. We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged shipments and will not accept damaged hearing aids as returns.   Also, keep in mind that the returns policy applies to hearing aids and amplifiers only and that we do not cover the return shipping fees.We are not responsible for custom clearance for international shipping.
